After that, we stay on through our Operate retainers to make sure everything keeps working as your business grows.
Every system we build is tailored to your business not a generic template dropped in and left for you to figure out. We don’t leave until it works.

About the Founder
Meet Seyi Samuel — The Person Behind Stratyn
Seyi Samuel is the founder of Stratyn. A Business Information Systems graduate (BSc Hons) with over 6 years of hands-on operations experience across both online and offline businesses, she built Stratyn after watching the same pattern play out over and over again, brilliant founders buried under the operational weight of their own success. Missing systems. Manual processes. Good people leaving because nobody showed them what to do. Revenue coming in, but freedom going out.
She started Stratyn because she kept seeing the same gap: most coaches and course creators don’t need another marketing course, another funnel, or another VA. They need a real operations partner someone who doesn’t just hand them a strategy doc and disappear, but actually rolls up their sleeves and builds the back-end with them.
As a mother of two, she also understands what it really means to want a business that grows without consuming your entire life. That perspective is built into every Stratyn engagement: systems should give you back your time, not take more of it.
Stratyn is built on one belief, every coaching and course business deserves to run properly, grow consistently, and stop depending on the founder for everything.
When Seyi is not building operations for coaches and course creators, you’ll find her spending time with her two kids or watching movies both of which she’s deeply passionate about.
